Rules of accommodation in «Hotel FG»

These rules establish the procedure for booking, settlement, accommodation and the provision of services in the hotel 

  1. Hotel FG operating mode - round-the-clock.
  2. Check-in time 14:00, checkout time is 12:00 local time.
  3. Hotel room reservation is free of charge
  4. A booking shall be considered as guaranteed when making a prepayment in the amount of 100% of the cost of 1-day accommodation at the chosen tariff. In other cases booking is considered unguaranteed. The guest did not inform about the late arrival to the hotel before 18:00 and without making a prepayment, the hotel administration reserves the right to withdraw the reservation after 18:00 the day of scheduled arrival.
  5. Accommodation of the guest in the booked room before the estimated arrival time is allowed only with the prior agreement with the booking service of the Hotel FG. In this case, the "early booking fee" applies.
    • until 08:00 the full valid rate per day is charged;
    • from 08:00 is charged 50% from the selected price;
    • from 12:00 complimentary, subject to availability.
  6. Hotel FG is intended for temporary stay of citizens for the period agreed with the hotel administration. After the agreed period  time, the guest is obliged to vacate the room. If you wish to extend your stay, you must notify the receptionist at least 2 hours before the due date - 12.00 local time. Extension of the stay in this room is possible only in the absence of a confirmed reservation in favor of third parties. Regardless of the type of accommodation in case of delay in the departure of the guest, the after-hour stay will be charged in accordance with the approved rates of Hotel FG
    • until 15:00  complimentary, subject to availability;
    • until 18:00 is charged 50% from the selected price;
    • from 18:00 is charged the full rate for the current day.
  7. Guaranteed booking is secured for the guests until 07:00 a.m. of the day following the day of scheduled arrival. If the booking is guaranteed, but the guest for any reason is not calling or notify the hotel within 24 hours before the check-out time of the day to arrival, the hotel charges a penalty of a 1-night stay in the chosen tariff rate.
  8. Check-in at the hotel is carried out upon presentation of an identity document on the territory of the Russian Federation (original passport). If the guest agrees with the current rules of the Hotel FG and registration of accommodation, the contract for hotel services is considered to be concluded.
  9. The hotel administration has the right to conclude a reservation agreement. If there are vacant places, the administration accepts reservation requests from legal entities in written form.When booking, accommodation or free accommodation, the right to choose a specific room is reserved by the hotel.
  10. Hotel registration of minors under 14 years of age is carried out on the basis of the identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, tutors) or close relatives, the person(s) accompanying them, the document certifying the authority of the person(s) accompanying them, and the birth certificates of these minors.
  11. Minors aged 14 to 18 shall be registered at the hotel on the basis of an identity document (passport of the Russian Federation/original), only together with their parents (adoptive parents, tutors) or close relatives, accompanying person(s) having the original document certifying the authority of the accompanying person(s) (notarized power of attorney issued by the parents of the minor (tutors, adoptive parents). If the minor(s) (paragraphs 11-12 of these Rules) are not accompanied by their parents (adopters, tutors) or if the person(s) accompanying them cannot provide an employee of the hotel with the original document certifying his/her authority to accompany the minor, the hotel shall be entitled to refuse such minor and the unauthorized accompanying person(s) to register and stay at the hotel, even in case of a guaranteed reservation.
  12. The Hotel FG fees for accommodation and services, including insurance premiums and pledge payments, shall be made at the set prices according to the price list approved by the hotel management.Payment is made in rubles, in cash, by bank transfer under the contract of booking or with the use of payment (credit) cards.Accommodation is possible only after the guest has made a deposit for the entire expected period of stay. If the guest at check-out has not paid basic and additional services, he agrees with debiting funds from his credit card, the data which is provided on arrival and (or) a copy of which he is allowed to use the hotel. Fiscal receipt and the final bill for the services rendered shall be issued at guest departure.
  13. In case of cancellation of the guest's stay or reduction of the period of stay, the administration has the right to deduct from the prepayment paid by the guest (his/her guarantor) the amount for the following day of his stay.
  14. The room key card is the property of the hotel.
  15. There is no charge for children under 4 years old without a separate bed.
  16. The cost of providing an extra bed in the room is 1000 rubles per day. The cost of an additional set of linen in the room is 1000 rubles per day.
  17. The cost of breakfast under the system “Continental breakfast” from 8 a.m. to 14 p.m. on pre-order for 30 minutes is 1000 rubles 
  18. At the request of those residing with the consent of administration is allowed visitors in the room from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.  After 11 p.m. the visitor must present an identification document on the territory of the Russian Federation (the original passport.), to conclude an agreement for sharing in the guest room.
  19. Maid service (change of bed linen, set of towels and toiletries) are available daily if the sign on the board is on.
  20. The Hotel FG provides the following free services to its guests:
    • ambulance call
    • use of medical first aid kit
    • taxi call
    • wake-up call to a specific time
  21. Hotel FG provides the guest with additional services at an additional cost, in accordance with the list and price register for additional services.
  22. The “Hotel FG” is not responsible for the operation of urban services (emergency shutdown of electrical and thermal energy, water, gas).
  23. Resident must:
    • when leaving the room close the windows, water taps;
    • to comply with the hotel rules;
    • maintain cleanlinessin the hotel;
    • strictly comply with fire safety regulations;
    • to compensate for damages in case of loss, damage or deterioration of hotel property;
    • the guest will be responsible for the actions of their visitors;
    • pay promptly and in full for all additional services provided by the hotel, mini-bar products, room service.
  24. It is forbidden in the hotel:
    • smoking in the rooms, lobby, and hotel facilities;
    • to leave outsiders in the room, as well as pass them the key card;
    • to store bulky things, inflammable materials, weapons, and chemical and radioactive substances, mercury;
    • to use heaters, unless it is provided in the hotel room;
  25. Smoking at the hotel:
    • For smoking in the hotel building the guest and its visitors are brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation on administrative violations: for smoking tobacco products in prohibited areas.
    • All rooms are strictly non-smoking and in case of smoking, the cost of downtime, general cleaning, blanket washing, upholstered furniture and curtains will be added to the accommodation bill.The cost is two nights of accommodation, according to the paid rate. The fact of smoking will be determined by the staff of the economic department.
    THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION ENCOURAGES SMOKERS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF CHILDREN STAYING THERE AND TO RESPECT CHILDREN`S HEALTH.
  26. The hotel administration is not responsible for the loss of valuables in the room that are outside the safe. In case of detection of forgotten items, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners first measure is writing an e-mail. If during a week the owner does not reply to the e-mail about the items, the hotel administration will dispose of them
  27. The administration of the hotel reserves the right to visit the room without the guest's consent in case of smoke, fire, flood, as well as in case of violation by guest of the present order of accommodation, public order, order of using household appliances..
  28. In the absence of a guest at the place of accommodation (from 3 P.M till the moment of his billing hour) hotel administrationhas the right to create a commission of 3 people and make an inventory of the property in the room. Material assets in the form of cash, precious materials, valuable documents and personal belongings are taken by the administration under its responsibility for a period of 3 days. If the owner is not found, the hotel administration declares the find to the police.
  29. In case of any complaints from the guest, the Hotel FG takes all possible measures to settle the conflict, as provided by law.
  30. In cases not stipulated by these rules, the administration and the consumer shall be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
